I am a qualified yoga teacher, specialising in VINYASA, PRE NATAL (PREGNANCY) and yin yoga.
I found yoga in 2012 and have never looked back since, the balance and energy that it gave me in my chaotic life was and still is my anchor point in life. in 2017 I decided to turn my dream of reaching out to as many people as possible to help them along their journey to find space, balance and strength into reality. I carried out MY 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in lembongan, Bali under Gwen Doline and Gina Ji specialising in Ashtanga and Yin.
in February 2018 I undertook my pre-natal yoga teacher training certified with Yoga Alliance in London at Yoga Mama, Putney.
THE YOGA I TEACH
my main goal is to inspire students, improve their health and wellbeing both mind and body.
VINYASA/ POWER YOGA
I love to mix things up and create asthanga inspired vinyasa flows as well as restorative yin practices. I incorporate pranayama breathing techniques into my practices and guide students through meditation to assist them finding moments of stillness and calmness in their lives.
Creating a calm and safe space where mothers-to-be can truly relax and connect with their baby. I create safe yoga sequences where students can move freely with their breath and allow their body to flow with their baby.
"breath is a woman's best partner during pregnancy" - I understand the pregnant woman's need to breathe and create space in their body; and I bring students into a relaxed state of mind so that they can breathe freely and offering them poses and breathing techniques that they can take home and use in the build up to their labour.

I teach private yoga classes to individuals either in the comfort of their own home, a local park or in my Hazlebury HQ in sw6, London.
I teach every Tuesday morning in central London, all proceeds going to Ulimi Irrigation.
