I am a qualified yoga teacher, specialising in VINYASA, PRE NATAL (PREGNANCY) and yin yoga.
I found yoga in 2012 and have never looked back since, the balance and energy that it gave me in my chaotic life was and still is my anchor point in life. in 2017 I decided to turn my dream of reaching out to as many people as possible to help them along their journey to find space, balance and strength into reality. I carried out MY 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in lembongan, Bali under Gwen Ferreira and Gina Ji specialising in Ashtanga and Yin.
my main goal is to inspire students by cultivating deep physical awareness during their PRACTICE through fluid sequences with a
in February 2018 I undertook my pre-natal yoga teacher training certified with Yoga Alliance in London at Yoga Mama, Putney.
THE YOGA I TEACH
VINYASA/ POWER YOGA
I love to mix things up and create asthanga inspired vinyasa flows as well I incorporate pranayama breathing techniques into my practices and guide students through meditation to assist them finding moments of stillness and calmness in their lives.
Where mothers-to-be can prepare for birth in a safe and calm ENVIRONMENT, I create safe yoga sequences where students can feel empowered by the ability to move freely and allow their body to flow with their baby. Having a regular yoga practice through pregnancy is a beautiful way to create stamina, strength and breath control in preparation for birth.
"breath is a woman's best partner during pregnancy" I feel honoured to be able support women in their transition into motherhood. Expect a mixture of nurturing pranayama (breath), Strengh enhancing ASana (poses) and pelvic floor work in my classes. I put great emphasis on breath control during my pregnancy classes, allowing the nervous system to be soothed and the body to fully relax. I guide my clients through MEDITATIVE moments and breathing TECHNIQUES that can be used throuhgh their pregnancy, during labour and into their 4 th trimester once their little one is born.
I also teach private pregnancy classes in the comfort of their own homes, I understand each experience of pregnancy is precious, different and sacred, so a more 1-2-1 approach might allow a deeper sense of presence.
N.B. Make sure you have had the all CLEAR from your 12 week midwife appointment before booking onto my pregnancy classes.
Where do I teach?

If you would like to deepen your practice and work in a more 1-2-1 style, then a private class might be for you! Private classes are also a lovely way for beginners to STRENGTHEN their practice and gain confidence in group studio classes. These classes are tailored to my client’s body, health and motivations with an aim to safely cultivate stength, coordination, flexibility and most importantly a peaceful, spacious mind.
