Nestled in the heart of beautiful Redgrave, Suffolk. I have recently opened my sweet cosy yoga studio; a place where you can feel relaxed and safe enough to slow down, to soften and to surrender in order to allow your Self to grow stronger both in body and mind. It is in a rural, rustic setting attached to my home.

I offer a mixture of classes from challenging strong power flows to soft and nurturing stretchy flows, restorative and yin classes and also pregnancy classes and kids classes!

THe studio offers a fully equipped safe space to move, breath and to be and includes the following services:

  • Wood burner with unlimited log supply

  • two large windows with natural light

  • bluetooth sound speaker

  • ambience including insense and candles

  • 12 yoga mats

  • 24 cork yoga blocks

  • 7 yoga bolsters

  • 18 yoga straps

  • first aid kit

Whole day (8am - 6pm) £60 Exclusive Hire
