- Come and celebrate the true deep winter, nurture yourself just beore christmas, finding some calm amoungst the christmas chaos, unwind, soften, and find some physical and metal strength for the festivities: 

90 mins of yoga

slower yin like poses to find the stillness of midwinter within us, flowing into an energising sequence to welcome the shift in energy of the returning sun, ending with a solstice spiced yoga nidra meditation

followed by

chai mulled cyder, festive feasting nibblets & yule log goody bag

(The Hazlebury Kitchen) christmas feastings, savory and sweet and goody bags to take Yule Log home  with a Christmas chai spiced mulled cider cheer (or chai tea)
